Scholarship Attendees

• Airline tickets
  • Airline tickets will be processed through an IIR-designated travel agency. Information for booking travel will be provided directly to scholarship attendees.
• Ground transportation
  • Ground transportation is the responsibility of the attendee.
  • Rental car expenses are not authorized for scholarship attendees. Any costs associated with a rental car will be the responsibility of the attendee.
    • On-site hotel parking is complimentary.

    • Some shuttle services require reservations prior to your arrival.

General Attendees
