The National Criminal Intelligence Resource Center (NCIRC) acts as an electronic “one-stop shop” for law enforcement to access the latest developments in the field of criminal intelligence. The NCIRC is a resource that supports BJA’s goals, as well as those of other federal, state, and local programs that emphasize enhanced coordination and cooperation of local, state, and federal efforts. Key programs and tools accessible through the NCIRC include the 28 CFR Part 23 Online Training Tool, the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative, Officer Safety Event Deconfliction, the Criminal Intelligence Training Master Calendar, and the Fusion Process Technical Assistance Program and Services.
The Institute for Intergovernmental Research serves as the technical service provider for the NCIRC.
