The National Criminal Intelligence Resource Center (NCIRC) Web site, www.ncirc.gov, serves as a "one-stop shop" for local, state, tribal, and federal law enforcement communities to keep up with the latest developments in the field of criminal intelligence.
The NCIRC, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, is a secure Web site accessible via Law Enforcement Online (LEO) and the Regional Information Sharing Systems network (RISSNET™). The NCIRC Web site contains information regarding law enforcement intelligence operations and practices and provides criminal justice professionals with a centralized information bank to access a multitude of criminal intelligence resources, including:
